I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to Saigon's city center and adjacent to the main downtown area. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and the facilities provided were satisfactory. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making me feel like a valued guest. The breakfast offered was a highlight, providing a variety of options to start the day.

This hotel in the center of District 1 in Saigon is a great find. The value for money is excellent, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is evident in the tasteful restoration of the hotel's old charm. The location is perfect, situated in a good area of Saigon, adjacent to the main downtown area but still in a relatively quiet area. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the room, including twin beds and a clean bathroom with good hot water, were comfortable and functional. The added bonus of a bathtub and the availability of an extra bed made our stay even more convenient. The daily breakfast served in the hotel was a delightful start to our day, with plenty of delicious food options. The free internet in the lobby was an added convenience for staying connected.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city's downtown area. It is within walking distance of the old center, making it easy to explore the main attractions. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, providing a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and go out of their way to ensure a positive experience for guests. The breakfast provided is great, and the rooftop garden offers a stunning view of the city skyline.
There were some building works going on nearby during our stay, which caused some vibrations and noise in the hotel.

Despite a few minor issues, we had a great stay at The Spring Hotel. The staff were excellent and were pretty good too help us, even using an angle grinder to remove a jammed padlock. Our room was clean and had a great view of the street. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.
